Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resaunare Retreat ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, services, and facilities. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Resaunare Retreat provides luxury spa treatments, wellness programs, and holistic healing services at our Toronto location. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Massage therapy and bodywork treatments
• Facial treatments and skincare services
• Wellness and detox programs
• Holistic healing and alternative therapies
• Couples and group retreat packages
• Consultation and wellness coaching services

Booking and Appointments

Reservation Requirements

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. We require a valid form of identification and contact information for all bookings. Some services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. For multi-day programs, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Full charges will apply regardless of shortened treatment time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Gift certificates and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. Services that have been partially or fully rendered are generally not eligible for refunds. In cases of service dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to speak with management to resolve concerns.

Health and Safety Requirements

Health Disclosures

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect their treatment. This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, heart conditions, skin sensitivities, recent surgeries, or infectious diseases. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in treatment modification or cancellation without refund.

Contraindications

Certain health conditions may prevent you from receiving specific treatments. Our therapists reserve the right to modify or refuse treatment if they determine it may be harmful or inappropriate for your condition. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program.

Facility Rules

All clients must follow facility rules and guidelines for the safety and comfort of all guests. This includes maintaining appropriate behavior, respecting other clients' privacy, and following hygiene protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave if they violate facility rules or behave inappropriately.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and effective treatments, spa and wellness services carry inherent risks. Clients participate in treatments at their own risk. Resaunare Retreat, its employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or damages resulting from treatments, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and treatment details. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms, governs the collection and use of your personal information. We may use anonymous, aggregated data for business improvement and marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and treatment protocols, is the intellectual property of Resaunare Retreat and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Client testimonials and images may be used for marketing purposes with appropriate consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or facilities for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:

• Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Violating the privacy or rights of other clients or staff
• Using our facilities for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempting to damage or interfere with our systems or equipment
• Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
